The nurses provided costumes, hats and festive props for the photo shoot, including pumpkin-themed outfits and knitted costumes donated by Angels Among Us. Sydney Exton, a NICU nurse at Norton Children‘s Hospital, said the experience can be particularly meaningful for parents who live away from home during their babies' hospital stay. The event requires considerable planning and donations from nurses and community support.
