The 2024 Norton Children’s Hospital Home & BMW Raffle is on sale for tickets to win a new home in Norton Commons, valued at over $900,000, a white 2025 BMW X1 from BMW of Louisville, plus $10,000 cash. Tickets are $100 each and only 18,000 will be sold. LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Tickets are on sale to win a brand-new home, a 2025 BMW and more, all helping a good cause.

The Norton Children’s Hospital Home & BMW Raffle offers a chance for ticket holders to win a new home in Norton Commons valued at more than $900,000, a white 2025 BMW X1 from BMW of Louisville plus $10,000 cash.

In lieu of accepting the home, the grand prize winner will have the option of choosing a $500,000 cash prize, according to a release.

Proceeds from the raffle will support the Norton Children’s Hospital neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), which takes care of around 1,200 newborns every year.

“We’re so excited for the 14th Home & BMW Raffle benefiting Norton Children’s Hospital,” said Lynnie Meyer, R.N., Ed.D., FAHP, CFRE, senior vice president and chief development officer, Norton Healthcare. “The NICU team is dedicated to working with ill and premature newborns from throughout Kentucky and Indiana. By participating in this year’s raffle, the community can directly support the team’s lifesaving work and make a meaningful difference in our community.”

Located at 6222 St. Bernadette Ave., in Prospect, Kentucky, this year’s home is 3,000 square feet with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a two-car garage.

Open houses will be held every Saturday and Sunday, starting Oct. 12 through Nov. 23, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tickets will also be on sale during the open houses.

“This is now the Ramage Company’s 12th year with the raffle house program, and we are proud to be involved,” said David Ramage, founder and president, Ramage Company. “Being able to support Norton Children’s and the thousands of families who benefit from their services is truly an honor.”

Winners will be announced during the Norton Children’s Hospital Foundation’s annual Snow Ball gala on Nov. 23. The drawing can be watched on the Norton Children’s Facebook page.
