LMPD: Man dies after motorcycle crash on Taylorsville Road

A man has died after a Taylorsville Road motorcycle crash on Wednesday. A man has died following a motorcycle crash on Taylorsville Road in Louisville, according to the local police. The collision occurred around 1 p.m. on Wednesday in the 3700 block of Taylororsville Rd, near Furman Boulevard. The man was ejected from his motorcycle after hitting the back of a vehicle making a left turn, causing him to lose control and lose consciousness. He was taken to UofL hospital where he died shortly after arriving. This is the second fatal motorcycle crash in the Louisville area within the last day, with a man's death following a crash on Interstate 65.
