New Italian restaurant planned for former LouVino space on Bardstown Road
Chef Dallas McGarity is opening Cipollini, a modern Italian restaurant in the former LouVino space in the Highlands. Chef Dallas McGarity, founder of The Fat Lamb and winner of Food Network's "Chopped," is planning to debut Cipollini at 1606 Bardstown Road, the former home of LouVino. The restaurant will offer a fresh take on Italian cuisine and focus on traditional flavors. An opening date has not yet been announced.
