If found guilty, Graf could face up to five to ten years in prison. The incident occurred during a "non-traditional workday" when class was held virtually and teachers and students and teachers did their work online, according to a Louisville Metro police arrest citation. The conversations reportedly included discussion of "oral sodomy" and Graf made plans to meet with the juvenile on the same day as the citation was written.
