Ozone pollution builds up throughout the day during warm, sunny and calm weather conditions. It will likely impact air quality the most during the afternoon and early evening.
Groups sensitive to ozone pollution include children, older adults, those with asthma, COPD, and other breathing ailments, as well as people were are often active outdoors.
