LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Police have arrested a man on multiple criminal mischief charges after surveillance footage showed 47-year-old Kenny Miller throwing rocks through the windows of Louisville businesses.

Miller is cited several times for throwing rocks through businesses on West Broadway and South 4th Street, including a McDonald’s. Police said there were three separate occasions where Miller was seen vandalizing the McDonald’s in the 1200 block of West Broadway, with invoices totaling damage costs up to $4,160.

Several reports have been made since February, all describing the same incident.

In total, Miller is alleged to have caused around $11,660 in damage.
